Is there any contract period for me to sign up/subscribe with Astro?
Yes, there is minimum 24 months commitment period once your Astro service has been activated.
Can I change my packages and channels as and when I want it?
Starter Pack & Value Pack have a commitment period of 6 months. You can perform the change of packages after the period. For the rest of our package subscription, you can perform the package downgrade by calling our Contact Centre or visit our nearest Customer Service Centre. However, if you wish to add any packages of your interest, proceed to purchase it at Channel 200 or login to www.astro.com.my.
How am I going to be billed?
You can choose whether to have monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly bill. The statement could be efficiently sent to you via email to avoid the hassle of paper bill.
How am I going to pay for Astro monthly charges?
Our Astro customer can make payment via multiple channels such as Online Banking, Jom Pay, Auto Debit registration and e-Pay counter at the nearest location with the services.
What if I want to terminate my service, how should I go about?
If your commitment period has already ended, you can submit the request by calling our Contact Centre or visit our nearest Customer Service Centre.
